This one day, 8 hour course is designed to fulfill the requirements of Connecticut's Safe Boating Certificate in an interactive and enjoyable fashion. Longshore's informative instructors share a life's worth of boating knowledge and experience to make sure that students are prepared to safely and legally operate their boat. Course also includes Personal Watercraft (PWC) certification required to operate jet-skis.
At the end of class, take the 50 question multiple choice test and upon passing, receive your diploma qualifying you for CT Certification. All manuals and materials are provided. Please bring a pen, pencil, and bagged lunch.

Fun and educational, this is the only hand-on course in Connecticut designed specifically for juniors. Our certified instructors guide students through all the requirements for mandatory Safe Boating Certification. SBJ blends hand-on water excursions with the classroom requirements to bring the topics to life. Books and testing included.
