Racing Techniques

One of the many highlights of the summer, Racing Techniques attracts the best sailors of the Junior Program. Students compete in a week-long regatta to be crowned Longshore's Junior Program Champion.

Since the beginning, of what has become a 35-year tradition, the top three sailors have always departed trophy-in-hand. In the early days, awards were made by the Sailing School's staff from retired boat-parts; today molded sailboats are perched above polished marble.

This year the tradition resumes in the afternoon of August 22th. We'll be updating the standings below in the evening each day (at approximately 7pm) - so be sure to check back.
